I’m leaving another review as I am still chasing a return for an order placed on the 6th March even though the tracking said it was received over 2 weeks ago now!! They have now just stopped replying. Utter waste of time and money.

Don't even bother!
Trying to initiate a refund. Emailed multiple times, contacted via the site contact form and no response. It's a shame the customer service doesn't exist as I would have ordered from here again. I do like the clothes but it's not worth the hassle. Lost out on a potential repeat customer. I'd advise against ordering here.

Really love my bits
Ordered a jacket, some jeans and a bag and honestly all of them are great. Bon bon bag is super soft and fits everything even my laptop. Good stuff guys

Quality wasn't bad like I saw some reviews say but it isn't luxury quality either. I think for the price it's totally fine but some of the prices were a tad high (luckily got mine on sale). Overall it's worth it especially if you get sale stuff

Sizing issue
I ordered my size and it was too small. I wished I checked the size guide because the model is wearing like 2 sizes up. They should make this more clear. The clothes on the other hand are good and bag is very prettyu

It's a good brand. Super happy and friendly team, cool images and nice clothes. No complaints other than one of my items was missing from the order, so I had to wait for that. They did solve the problem right away and ship the item but that was the only annoying thing
